NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-052097 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Citifinancial Services, Inc. d/b/a Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jacqueline E. Williams AKA Jacqueline Williams; Christopher K. Williams; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00AM on June 1, 2015, following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 34, UNIT 4 LEHIGH ACRES, REPLAT OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 178, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
