Final Judgment was awarded on April 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-054142, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, PARTIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST SALLY ANN PEARSON, DECEASED; SEVEN LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUZANNE TOWNE DEJOHN; SCARLETT TOWNE MARQUEZ A/K/A SCARLETT ANN MARQUEZ; SAMUEL ARTHUR CASTIGLIONE A/K/A SAMUEL ARTHUR TOWNE; STEVE THOMAS TOWNE A/K/A STEVE THOMAS CASTIGLIONE; SALLY TOWNE A/K/A SALLY TOWNE BREEN; SHERI TOWNE A/K/A SHERI T. GORNTO; SAMUEL DOMINIC TOWNE A/K/A DOMINIC TOWNE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 1, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT:

UNIT 307, DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEVEN LAKES, BLDG 46, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 663, PAGE(S) 763- 803, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
