NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003950-CAAX-ES (Section J5) in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman Brothers Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff, and Hermila Gomez; Guadalupe Gomez; and Irene's Mexican Store, Inc., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County Clerk's 's website for on-line auctions via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on June 2, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property situated in Pasco County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 168.00 feet of the South 303.60 feet of the West 425.00 feet of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 24 South, Range 21 East. Lying East of U.S. Highway 301, Pasco County, Florida.
AND:
The West 425.00 feet of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida. Lying East of the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 301; Less and except the North 340.40 feet thereof; and less the South 303.60 feet thereof.
