Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 13TH day of OCTOBER, 2014, in the cause wherein GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION was plaintiff and LARRY ALLEN BARR JR. AND CARRIE ANN BARR was defendant, being case number 51-2009-CC-002104-ES in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, LARRY ALLEN BARR JR. AND CARRIE ANN BARR in and to the following described property, to wit:

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 9TH day of JUNE, 2015, at STEPP'S TOWING at 4325 GALL BLVD., in the City of ZEPHYRHILLS, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 10:30 A.M. , or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, LARRY ALLEN BARR JR. AND CARRIE ANN BARR right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
