NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003820-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and JOSHUA CLINTON RUPEA/K/A JOSHUA RUPE A/K/A JOSHUA C. RUPE, AMANDA RUPE A/K/A AMANDA FERRIS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMANDA RUPE A/K/A AMANDA FERRIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA CLINTON RUPE A/K/A JOSHUA RUPE A/K/A JOSHUA C. RUPE N/K/A DESIREE RUPE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 86, Radcliffe Estates, Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 70 and 71, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
