NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006061 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-AQ1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AQ1, Plaintiff, and, WHITACRE, BRIAN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property:
