NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 03, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-002874-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2002-HE3, POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2002, is Plaintiff and Tushaun A. Wallace, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, ARLINGTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 1782 58th Circle South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
