NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA000990CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARY M. DUNCAN; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY M. DUNCAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET M. BRANDT A/K/A MARGARET BRANDT, are defendants. Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTHERN 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
