NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006128-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2,is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL VERONESE; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114, MEADOWOOD ESTATES, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 106, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 39564 Meadowood Loop, Zephyrhills, FL 33542
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
