NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001770 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is Plaintiff and KATHLEEN GILSENAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN GILSENAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 32, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 37, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
