NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 15, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 003815 ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and MICHAEL C. HARTZNER A/K/A MICHAEL HARTZNER, ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC, HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A., HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL C. HARTZNER A/K/A MICHAEL HARTZNER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

THE EAST 150.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 290.40 FEET OF THE NORTH 309.10 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
