NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005312-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE LP is Plaintiff and JOHN PERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN PERRY N/K/A TAMMY PERRY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FOREST LAKE ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION OF PORT RICHEY, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49 AND THE NORTHERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 48, FOREST LAKES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 18, 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
