NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 24 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002350ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Angela R. Viles, Unknown Party #1 NKA Holly Mcrae, Unknown Party #2 NKA Paul Mcrae, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2nd of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
