NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008901-XXXX-ES in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1, Plaintiff, and, RYAN SIMMONS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of June, 2015, the following described property:
