NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-003706-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA., is Plaintiff, and Karen S. Cobo, et al., are Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 374 Tahitian Homes Unit Five, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 125, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 3801 Beechwood Drive, Holiday, FL 34691
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
