NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011700 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANDWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and THERESA TRUMPOWER is the Defendant, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1072, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 145, 146 AND 147, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
