NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-00938-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2007QS2 is the Plaintiff and Omar T. Acosta; Jennifer Eve Acosta A/K/A Jennifer Eve Vegliante; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Meadow Pointe III Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 9, OF MEADOW POINTE III PHASE UNIT 1D/1E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 116 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
