NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-001514 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is Plaintiff and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, DORIS D. GARDNER, JACKIE M. GARDNER, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, HENDRY & KNIGHTS FAIRBURN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
