NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to that certain Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on or about April 28, 2015 filed in Case No. 12-CA-003626 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff is FRANKLIN ASSET GROUP, L.P. and Defendants are NGA LE NGUYEN-PHUOC, et al., the Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real and personal property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE NORTH 61.175 FEET OF LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 5, OF WEST LAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 106 NORTH ALBANY AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33608.
Including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
