NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Unit No. 104K, Building K, of THE OAKS, UNIT III-K, A CONDOMINIUM according to the plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 13, and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3880, page 661, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on June 16, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
