and commonly known as: 4114 WEST WATROUS AVE, TAMPA, FL 33629; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
