RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 10, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004664 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT J. MARVEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THAT PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, RUN NORTH 635.14 FEET, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUING THENCE NORTH, 100 FEET TO A POINT 580 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 33 MINUTES NORTH, 200 FEET, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4; THENCE SOUTH, 100 FEET PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 33 MINUTES EAST, 200 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR TAYLOR ROAD.
