NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-009128-CI, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 600/500 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and LUCO F. BALSAMO, CONCETTA M. BALSAMO, ST. PETERSBURG ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, LLC AND SERVICE WORKS COMMERCIAL ROOFING, INC., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 3, 2015, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 307, as shown on Condominium plat of WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 600 CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 88 through 95, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4316, Page 2048 through 2106, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto,
commonly known as 5095 Bay Street NE # 307, St. Petersburg, FL 33703.
