NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2013-CA-009076-XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2004-HE9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE9 is Plaintiff, and MARC A. LETCHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARC A LETCHER; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 27th day of May, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, ADDITION TO RIDGE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
