NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-003832-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-18CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-18CB, is Plaintiff and WAYNE LLOYD WATERS; et al.,are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 12th day of June 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 466, of LAKE BUTLER VILLA CO'S ADDITION TO VETERAN CITY, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, on Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
