Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 21, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 14-004082-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and JOSHUA HESTAD, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 52, WINDSOR WOODS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
