NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-003144-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS INC., CWMBS REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST, CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R3 , Plaintiff, and, FORRESTER, TIMOTHY, et. al., are Defendants, THE CLERK OF COURTS KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of May, 2015, the following described property:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 6, HIGH POINT ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
