NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12 5484 CI 15 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and PHYLLIS A. RADER F/K/A PHYLLIS A. HARDING; MATTHEW D. RADER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; WOODFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, OF FIELDSTONE VILLAGE AT WOODFIELD , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97 , PAGES 26 THROUGH 30 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
