NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-005713-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2004-AP1 is the Plaintiff, and DELIA C ESCAMILLA; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOHN WESLEY PIKE; AMANDA PATRICIA LOPEZ; CARLO TELMO BOLSI A/K/A CARLO BOSI, JR.; LEONARD PAUL BOSI; J. WESLEY PIKE AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CARLO T. BOSI; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF RAYMOND CHARLES BOSI, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 2, SCOTSDALE - UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
