NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 1, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-006549-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and DARLENE A. ALDRIDGE, GERALD L. COLLINS, PHILIP W. COLLINS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD L. COLLINS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILIP COLLINS W. N/K/A DELINDA COLLINS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLENE ALDRIDGE A. N/K/A JESSE ALDRIDGE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block B, ARCADIA ANNEX, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 71, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
