Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 21, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 09-012759-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSR Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AR1 is the Plaintiff, and DONALD C. MYERS, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, SEA BREEZE ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
