Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-0A9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA9 Plaintiff, and DAVID L. LAWSON, an individual; GINGER G. LAWSON, an individual; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 31st day of August, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, BILTMORE ISLES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
