Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK Plaintiff, and SARAH M. GILKERSON, an individual; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of June, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block A, Stevensons Heights, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
