ALL THAT CERTAIN LEASEHOLD ESTATE IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY, SITUATE, AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, TO WIT:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 12-B, OF HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4060, PAGES 1407 THROUGH 1456, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 9 THROUGH 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on STEVEN H. MEZER, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before 6-8-2015, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
