NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to An Order dated April 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-005877-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Deborah R. Cayer a/k/a/ Deborah Royaline Cayer; Randy Malnick a/k/a/ Randy John Malnick; Third Federal Saving and Loan Association of Cleveland; All Others To Whom It May Concern; and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH RANGE 16 EAST; THENCE S 01” 22' 19” E” ALONG THE NORTH-SOUTH CENTERLINE OF SAID SECTION 16, 2105.24 FEET; THENCE S 89” 02' 19” E 474.10 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF OLD “AT LAKE ROAD THENCE S 45” '4' 02” E, ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, 96.49 FEET, THENCE S 46” 28' 04” E,. 53.15 FEET 0 THE POINT OF BEGINNING' THENCE CONTINUE S 46” 28 04” E ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 209.63 FEET, THENCE S 55” 04' 14” W~ 418.10 FEET; THENCE N 49” 40' 30' W, 212.39 FEET; THENCE N 55” 04' 14” E, 430.23 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
