FKA NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-AC2 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC is the Plaintiff and JAMES PELOSI; STONE'S THROW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; GROW FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO, 9101 AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIIUM PLAT OF STONE'S THROW IX, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 90 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE FILED MARCH 12, 1987 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6445 PAGE 1852 THROUGH 1968, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
