Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-29T1, Plaintiff, and Diane Wasserman, et al., are Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 19th day of June, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Presidents Landing Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 102, Page(s) 10, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
