NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-007795 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1, Plaintiff, and, MARYLOU I. HESS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 5th day of June, 2015, the following described property:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 1, PINE GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
