NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-006298-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and UYVIEN G. NGUYEN; WINDJAMMER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION-ST. PETE, INC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 502, OF WINDJAMMER CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 7935, PAGE 465, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 111, AT PAGE 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
