NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004785-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR1 is Plaintiff and ROMELLE D. ABDULALEEM A/K/A ROMELLE A. ABDULALEEM; MICHAEL JONES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TRU-COAT ENTERPRISES, INC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; REGIONS BANK; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; NCOP XI, LLC ASSIGNEE OF CAPITAL ONE; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 8 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, WALDOMAR GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG FOR STREET PURPOSES.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
