NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14 007523 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and DANIEL R. MACKIE; GAIL M. MACKIE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SHARON OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, SHARON OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 25 AND 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
