NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-005677-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and LUCY M. SMITH A/K/A LUCY M. ADAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCY M. SMITH A/K/A LUCY M. ADAMS N/K/A STEVE ADAMS;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of June, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 26, SHORE ACRES OVERLOOK SECTION BLOCK 26, PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
