NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2011CA001549 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, SPOUSES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, BLACKWATER FEDERAL INVESTMENTS LLC AS TRUSTEE TRUST NO 8319, CITIBANK SOUTH DAKOTA N.A., DAVID KUKACKA , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID KUKACKA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 31, BAYOU MANOR 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59,PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
