NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14006540CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARY STURM; NORMANDY HOMEOWNERS ASSOC., INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY STURM; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of May, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, BUILDING UU, NORMANDY PARK SOUTH CONDOMINIUM VI, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3748, PAGE 318, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
