NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017258-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-80CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-80CB is the Plaintiff and Grace P. Merritt; Samuel C. Merritt III; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Bernice D. Merritt, Deceased; Serenata Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 206, BUILDING 24, OF SERENATA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8176, PAGE 1877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
