NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 23, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-016137-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and EFRAIM RODRIGUEZ; ANNETTE RODRIGUEZ; TIMBER ISLE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 27th day of August, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, TIMBER ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 123 THROUGH 127, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
