NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2012-CA-009415-O in which SUNTRUST, is the Plaintiff, and Sanjay P. Muttreja; Suman Muttreja; Lake Butler Sound Community Association, Inc.; Suntrust Bank; United States of America Department of Treasury; Sterling Property Services a/k/a Sterling Property Services, Inc. and Unknown Tenants of Possession, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the Property herein, situated in Orange County, Florida described as follows:
Lot 76, Reserve At Lake Butler Sound, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page(s) 120 through 134, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
