RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 30, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032217-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JEFF A. FREEMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 5, WHITNEY ISLES AT BELMERE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 68 and 69, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
