NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Final Foreclosure Sale dated April 14, 2014 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-040817-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association is the Plaintiff and Andrea Leon a/k/a Andrea Rodriguez; Unknown Spouse of Andrea Leon a/k/a Andrea Rodriguez; Unknown Tenant 1; Unknown Tenant 2; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendant(s), who (is/are) not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants; Capital One Bank (USA), National Association f/k/a Capital One Bank; The Housing Authority of the City of Orlando, Florida; Tradition Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Traditions Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 104 and 105, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
