NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2015, in Case Number 2014-CA-008162-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Jennifer Marie Vazquez-Castaneda, Edgar Jhoan Castaneda, and Eban's Preserve Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 29, 2015, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 114, Eban's Preserve, Phase 2, as per plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 132, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
